Questions about mobile detailing

If yours isn't here, call or text (672) 472-1024.

How much does a full detail cost?

A Basic Full Detail (Hand Wash & Dry plus Interior Maintenance Clean) is $105 – $155 for a coupe or sedan, $130 – $180 for an SUV or truck, and $155 – $210 for a large SUV or minivan. A Deep Full Detail (Exterior Paint Decontamination & Protection plus Interior Deep Restoration) is $320 – $410, $385 – $480 and $450 – $570.

Why are your prices a range?

Two cars the same size can be very different jobs. Where you land in the range depends on the vehicle's size and condition, and we confirm the price once we've seen the car.

What's the difference between Basic and Deep?

Basic is maintenance: it keeps a car that's in decent shape clean. Deep is restoration: clay bar, iron decontamination and machine wax outside, hot-water extraction, steam and leather conditioning inside. If you can't remember the last proper detail, you probably want Deep.

What are your hours?

We're open 7 days a week, 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The early starts exist so your car can be finished before you leave for work.

Where do you detail my car?

Wherever the car already is — your driveway at home, or the lot at your workplace. We're 100% mobile, from Maple Ridge to Vancouver.

Which cities do you cover?

Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster and Vancouver.

What is iron decontamination, and why does my car need a clay bar?

Brake dust and rail dust are tiny iron particles that embed in your paint. Washing doesn't move them. An iron remover dissolves them and a clay bar lifts out the rest of the bonded grit, so the wax goes onto clean paint and actually lasts.

How often should I get my car detailed in the Lower Mainland?

A Deep detail a couple of times a year lines up with our seasons: once to protect the paint before the rain sets in, once in spring to clear out winter brine and grit. Basic washes and interior maintenance in between keep it there.

Can you get heavy dog hair out?

Yes. Light shedding is Pet Hair Removal ($35 – $50). Hair that's worked deep into cargo carpet and fabric is Pet Hair Extraction ($60 – $90+), because it has to be lifted out of the weave by hand, not vacuumed over.

What does hot-water extraction do that vacuuming doesn't?

Vacuuming removes what's loose. Extraction pushes hot water and solution into carpet and fabric and pulls it back out with the ground-in dirt suspended in it. It's part of Interior Deep Restoration.

Can you fix foggy or yellow headlights?

Yes. Headlight Restoration is $75 – $100 for the pair. The oxidised layer is sanded off, the lens is polished back to clear, and then it's sealed so it lasts.

Is engine bay cleaning safe?

Done properly, yes. We keep pressure low, cover what should stay dry, and work carefully around electronics and connectors.

Can I add extras to any service?

Yes. Add-ons like pet hair removal, headlight restoration and the engine bay detail can be combined with any service.
